Return Policy

All products will be eligible for return if they have not been opened and are in sealed condition, including a reasonable timeline to expiry. Any returned product will be refunded based on the invoice cost at the time of purchase. Any special-order products will be evaluated on a product-by-product basis.

Return Criteria:

• Regularly stocked in our stores
  
• Purchased from a New Horizon Co-op location within the last 14 days
  
• Vintage (if applicable) current with that on shelf
  
• Product remains in original packaging
  
• Labels are intact
  
• Seals are intact
  
• No visible signs of excess moisture, cold, or heat
  
• Unless stocked regularly for retail sale, special order items are not returnable
  

Payments

All liquor purchases will be paid for at the time of purchase with cash, debit, certified cheque, credit card, or charge account. Credit cards and charge accounts are subject to a 2% charge. Charge accounts will be subject to approval and are payable within 30 days of purchase. Prepaid accounts with an average monthly purchase amount applied every month will not be subject to the 2% upcharge. Any returns will be credited in the original form of payment.

Equity

All liquor purchases, whether for an event or business, will be allowed to receive patronage upon the purchase of a membership. To qualify for the commercial/event program, the customer must hold a New Horizon Co-operative membership and be a member in good standing. Become a New Horizon Co-op member today!
