What is a Growler Bar?

A growler bar is a keg tap system that enables you to bring fresh, craft beer straight home from the liquor store!

How does it work?

The specialized counter pressure filling faucets uses the same principles of brewery bottle filling and allows us to easily fill the growler jugs without waste. The system equalizes pressure between the keg and the growler and uses CO2 to purge out the air before the growler is filled to ensure the brew is never exposed to oxygen while filling. The results? A better tasting and longer lasting growler.

Cleaning & Safety Tips⬎
‣ Do not use soap or oil based cleansers
‣ Do not clean in the dishwasher
‣ Warm bottle to room temperature before cleaning
‣ Rinse Growler well with warm water and dry upside down
‣ Do not fill with boiling water and shake upside down
‣ Potassium metabisulfite can be used to sanitize
‣ Air dry with cap off
